摘    要:目的识别某火力发电厂的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度并评价防护措施的效果。方法采用现场调查和工作场所有害因素的检测方法对其职业病危害及控制措施进行分析。结果检测20个粉尘作业岗位的时间加权平均(TWA)浓度,合格率为65.0%;各岗位噪声强度检测结果为70.8~88.5dB(A),合格率为81.0%;职业健康检查显示,检出Ⅰ期尘肺病8例,尘肺病检查合格率为86.7%。结论车间煤尘和矽尘治理措施中存在设计不合理或不够完善的地方,应积极采取措施,从源头上预防职业病的发生。

Abstract:Objective] To identify the occupational hazards in a thermal power plant, to analyzed its harmful levels and evaluate the effect of protective measures.Methods]Field investigations and detection of harmful factors in workplace were adopted to analyze the occupational hazards and control measures in the power plant.Results]TWA were determined in 20 dust work posts, the qualified rate accounted for 65.0%. Noise intensities ranged from 70.8~88.5 dB(A), the qualified rate accounted for 81.0%. Occupational health physical examination showed that 8 pneumoconiosis cases at phase I were detected, the qualified rate accounted for 86.7%.Conclusion]Unreasonable design or shortcomings exist in coal dust and silica dust control measures of the workshop, it is necessary to take active measure to prevent occupational diseases from the source.
