SIL-2R检测在鉴别活动性肺结核和社区获得性肺炎的价值

目的探讨可溶性白介素-2受体（sIL-2R）、白介素-1（IL-1）和白介素-6（IL-6）对活动性肺结核和社区获得性肺炎鉴别诊断的价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）检测50例活动性肺结核患者和46例社区获得性肺炎患者中SIL-2R、IL-1和IL-6水平,并进行对比分析。结果肺结核组血清IL-1、IL-6水平与肺炎组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;肺结核组血清SIL-2R明显高于肺炎组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,但不同活动性肺结核患者组别中血清SIL-2R、IL-1和IL-6水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 SIL-2R可作为肺结核疾病活动的一个预警指标,检测患者血清SIL-2R水平对活动性肺结核与社区获得性肺炎的鉴别诊断有较高的临床价值。

Clinical Value of SIL-2R Detection in Differential Diagnosis of Active Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Community Acquired Pneumonia

Objective To discuss the value of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),interleukin-1(IL-1) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the differential diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis and community acquired pneumonia.Methods Adopted the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect the levels of SIL-2R,IL-1 and IL-6 in 50 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and 46 ones with community acquired pneumonia and then took the comparison and analysis.Results There was no significant difference in the level of IL-1 and IL-6 between the pulmonary tuberculosis group and pneumonia group(P >0.05);the level of SIL-2R in patients of the pulmonary tuberculosis group was significantly higher than the one of the pneumonia group,with the statistical significance(P <0.01),but there was no statically significant difference in the levels of serum SIL-2R,IL-1 and IL-6 between patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis(P >0.05).Conclusion SIL-2R can be treated as a warning indicator for the activity of pulmonary tuberculosis.There is a high clinical value of SIL-2R detection in the differential diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis and community acquired pneumonia.
