| 摘 要： | 目的采用液相色谱法检测黄精山药胶囊中格列美脲的含量。方法选用C18色谱柱，以0．01mol／L醋酸胺（用冰醋酸调pH3．5）-乙腈（45：55）为流动相，UV检测波长为230nm。结果本方法的回收率为98．76％，RSD=0．54％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便，准确，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective A HPLC method was developed for the contents determinationof Huangjingshanyao Capsules of Glimepirde. Methods The C18 column wasused with a mobile phase was 0. 01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution（ adjusted pH was3.5 with Aeeticaeid）-Acetonitrile（45：55 ）. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The average recovery was 99. 5% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion The method simple, sensitive and accurate. |
