深圳市西乡街道社康中心门诊患者满意度分析

摘    要:目的研究旨在调查深圳市西乡街道社康中心门诊患者满意度情况及其影响因素,为促进社区卫生服务发展、加快社康中心建设提供依据。方法通过随机抽样抽取深圳市西乡街道10家社康中心,采用统一设计的满意度调查表进行调查。结果社康中心门诊患者满意度较低,就诊人群对服务和沟通最不满意,参加劳务工医疗保险制度的就诊患者对就诊的医疗机构和医疗服务满意度低于参加其他医疗保险制度的就诊人群。结论医疗机构应提高医患沟通和组织服务的能力,进一步发展全科医学学科.培养更多合格的全科医生以适应社区的发展。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE the research investigated the satisfaction situation and its influencing factors of outpatients in community health service center (CHSC) inXixiang, Shenzhen in order to provide some basis for the developing of community health service. METHODS Through random sampling, 10 CHSCs were selected for the quesionnaire survey of satisfastion. RESULTS The outpaitents in CHS had a low satisfaction.The lowest evaluation existed in the aspects of service and communication.The satisfaction of those who paticipated in the labor worker insurance system had a lower satisfaction than those who did not paticipated in. CONCLUSIONS The medical institute should improve its communication and organization ability in order to further the development of general medicine and cultivate more competent doctors for the community.
