| 摘 要： | 目的:评估连续性血液净化(CBP)在救治多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者中的作用。方法:采用CBP治疗MODS患者10例,观察患者治疗前后的血压、心率、血Bun、Cr、电介质和血气变化,对临床资料作回顾分析。结果:10例中治愈4例(40％),有2、3、4个器官功能衰竭的患者分别治愈2例、1例和1例,治愈率分别为100％、50％和25％。结论:CBP治疗过程中血流动力学稳定,循环衰竭的患者也能进行CBP治疗,CBP能有效纠正氮质血症和水、电介质、酸碱紊乱,明显提高MODS患者的存活率,降低死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of continuous blood purification(CBP) for treatment of multiorgans dysfunction syn-drome(MODS) .Methods:The levels of blood pressure, heart rate, BUN, Cr electrolyte of blood and blood gas in 10 patients before and after CBP were compared,and the clinical data were analysed retrospectively.Results: Among 10 patients with function failure of 2,3, and 4 organs, 2 cases (100% ) ,1 case(50%) and 1 case(25%) were cured respectively. Conclusion: Azotemia and disturbance of water, eletrolyte and acid-base can be corrected by CBP and survival rate increased. CBP can be also used for treating patients with circulation failure and the hemodynamics is stable during CBP. |
