| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过测定肿瘤细胞凋亡的数量 ,证明凋亡细胞与食管癌发生发展的关系和意义。方法 :利用TUNEL技术进行凋亡细胞测定。结果 :凋亡指数在食管细胞的癌变过程中逐步增加 ,但在癌症的进展中逐步减少。结论 :通过凋亡细胞的指数检测 ,结果证明细胞凋亡在食管鳞状上皮癌发生发展中起着重要的作用

| Abstract: | Objective: To prove the relationship and significance between apoptosis in esophageal epithelial cell cancerization and squamous Cell carcinoma progression with the quantitative determination of the apoptosis rate and value of carcinoma. Methods: Apoptosis index was detected by TUNEL assay. Results: Apoptosis index increased gradually in esophageal cell cancerization but carcinoma progression decreased gradually.Conclusion: The results suggest that apoptosis play an important role in esophageal epithelial cell cancerization and squamous cell carcinoma progression , and apoptosis may probably be a vital prognostic indicator. |
