| 摘 要： | 国家医药管理局明文规定，自2006年4月30日起禁止聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶（Polyacrylamide hydrogel，PAHG，国产商品名为奥美定）用于人体注射隆乳等后，来院就诊，要求去除乳房注射物并能维持乳房饱满形态的患者，曾一度达到较高数量。我们2006年5月-2009年12月，应用乳房下皱襞小切口清除聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶同时假体一期置人治疗小乳症，取得了良好的效果，现报告如下。
