| 摘 要： | 目的研究关节镜下清理及冲洗术在化脓性关节炎治疗方面的作用。方法2003年10月-2007年06月采用关节镜下清理加关节镜下置管冲洗术治疗化脓性膝关节炎36例。通过半年以上随访进行疗效评定。结果随访6-46个月,疗效评定,优良率100%。结论关节镜下治疗化脓性膝关节炎损伤小、关节清理彻底,恢复快、疗效好,值得进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment of septic arthritis(SA) of knee with debridement and drainage under arthroscope . Method 36 patients(male16,female 20,aging from 8 to 61 years old)with SA of knee were treated by debridement and drainage under arthroscope from October 2003 to June 2007 . Result 100% of the cases fllow-up (rang 6 to 46months).100%were excellent and no recurrences. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement and drainage leads to effective result and the functional result is good. |
