广州市放射工作人员血脂水平调查结果分析

目的掌握广州市放射工作人员血脂水平及异常情况,为职业健康监护提供实验室依据。方法利用罗氏400PLUS全自动生化分析仪用酶法对广州市在医院和工厂接触放射工作的1214例进行总胆固醇和甘油三酯检测。结果广州市放射工作人员血脂整体水平处在一个合适范围内(TC、TG均值为4.91mmol/L、1.35mmol/L),不同性别、不同年龄组间高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、混合型高脂血症阳性率均有统计学意义(p<0.01),血脂异常率随年龄的增长而升高。结论放射工作人员高脂血症的50岁以上阳性率较高,应引起足够重视,每年按要求做好体检工作,建立和健全职业健康监护档案,并进行健康干预。

Investigation Results and Analysis of Serum Lipid Level of Radiation Workers in Guangzhou

Objective To explore the characteristics of lipid Level of Radiation Workers in Guangzhou,and to offer laboratory basis for occupational health management.Methods measured total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) of 1214 Radiation Workers by enzyme methods.Results The total Serum lipid Level of Radiation Workers in Guangzhou is desirable in this group(the average of TC was 4.91mmol/L,TG was 1.35mmol/L),high cholesterol(TC) level accounts、high triglyceride(TG) level accounts 、 high cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) level accounts were obvious different between sex and age groups.The rates of abnormal serum lipids showed a tendency to increase with age increasing.Conclusion The rate of abnormal serum lipid was higher in the groups above 50,it may be attached importance to this instance.It is suggested to have health examination every year to set a health inspection file,andto introduce heath.
