| 摘 要： | 通过细胞培养ＣＰＥ观察法对清天药液体外抗柯萨奇病毒的作用进行了研究。结果：该药对细胞的ＩＣ５０＝１５．６３ｍｇ／ｍｌ，抑制柯萨奇病毒Ｂ４的ＥＤ５０＝１．９５ｍｇ／ｍｌ，有效治疗指数ＴＩ＝８，提示清天药液在体外有明显的抗柯萨奇病毒Ｂ４的作用

| Abstract: | This paper studied effects of the Qingtian traditional chinese medicine on coxsakie B 4 virus (CBV 4) through CPE (Cytopathic effect) observation method. IC 50 of the Qingtian on Hela cells is 15.63 mg/ml, ED 50 of the Qingtian on CBV 4 is 1.95 mg/ml,TI is 8. These results showed that the Qingtian may play a significant role in opposing CBV 4. |
