计划分娩与自然分娩的比较研究

目的 :探讨计划分娩的安全性和有效性。方法 :抽取同期同等条件 43例计划分娩和 68例自然分娩的单胎、头位、低危、初产妇孕妇的临床资料进行比较分析。结果 :两组经阴道分娩者各产程时间、产后出血量、软产道裂伤比较无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组新生儿Apgar评分及体重比较无差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,临产前后宫颈评分计划组好于自然组 (P <0 .0 5 )。计划组宫颈条件欠佳的剖宫产率高于自然组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :计划分娩安全、有效 ,其本身不增加剖宫产率 ,宫颈不成熟可能是剖宫产的潜在危险 ,选择合适的引产方法是必要的

Comparative study between spontaneous labor and induction of labor

Objective: To investigate the safety and reliability of induction compared with spontaneous labor. Methods: Compare 43 cases of induction with 68 cases of spontaneous labor. Recording way of labor, cesarean delivery , duration of the labor, maturation of cervix, bleeding volume, rupture of cervix and Apgar score of neonate. Results: There were no significant differences in time of labor, bleeding volume, rupture of cervix and Apgar score of neonate between the two groups. After induction the cervical Bishop score in induction was much better than that of spontaneous labor. The cesarean delivery rate with unfavorable cervix was higher than that of spontaneous labor. Conclusions: Elective induction is safe, efficacious. Cesarean delivery is increased significantly by unfavorable cervix, but not by induction itself. It is necessary to choose the best way for induction.
