脑卒中后抑郁症中西医结合治疗的对照研究

目的]了解中西医结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效。方法]以中药汤剂合并小剂量西药抗抑郁剂一帕罗西汀与单纯帕罗西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者各30例，治疗8周，采用汉密顿抑郁症状评定量表（HAMD），临床疗效总评量表（CGI），副反应症状量表（TESS）评定。结果]研究组中西医结合治疗与对照组单纯西药治疗脑卒中后抑郁症疗效相仿，但西药用药量少，没有明显的不良反应。结论]中西医结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效好，容易被患者接受，是利于患者康复的治疗方法。

Control Study on Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine with Depressive Disorder after Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective] To understand the curative effect on combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine with depressive disorder after cerebral apoplexy.Methods] The sixty patients were divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group were administrated to the traditional Chinese herb and lower dose paroxetine. The control group were administrated to thymoleptics paroxetine. The course of treatment was eight weeks. To evaluate the curative effect by hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD),clinical global impression scale CGI and treatment adverse reaction symptom scale.Result] The curative effect of treatment group was similar to that of control group. But the western medicine consumption of treatment group was fewer than that of control group. There were not obviously adverse effect in the treatment group.Conclusion] The combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine with depressive disorder after cerebral apoplexy was an better treatment method which may promote restoration and easily be accepted by depressive disorder patients.
