浙江省2005年特殊地区碘缺乏病监测结果分析

目的及时掌握沿海产盐区、蔬菜加工区、老少边穷山区等特殊地区人群碘营养水平。方法分层随机抽样调查。实验室检查和结果判定标准按照全国碘缺乏病监测统一规定的方法进行。结果特殊地区中碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率和重点人群尿碘中位数水平均低于国家标准。结论特殊地区是我省今后碘缺乏病防治的重点地区。

Analysis on Result of Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD) Surveillance in Three Regions of Zhejiang Province in 2005

Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition status of the residents in three low-iodized salt supply areas(coastal salt producing area,vegetable processing area and remote poor regions).Methods Samples were selected using the method of stratified random sampling.Laboratory test and determination of results were conducted according to the National Standard Method.Results The ratio of iodized salt,qualified iodized salt,qualified iodized consumption and the median of urinary iodine in targeted population in the three special regions were lower than national standards.Conclusions The prevention and treatment of IDD in these three areas should be strengthened.
