摘    要:目的:通过对食物中毒中采集的小龙虾等样品中副溶血性弧菌的分离培养和鉴定,查找食物中毒的原因。方法:参照GB/T4789.7-2008对小龙虾等样品进行副溶血性弧菌分离培养,ATB进行生化鉴定及耐药试验,PCR扩增毒力基因进行致病性分析。结果:所检测的小龙虾和呕吐物中副溶血性弧菌均为不致病性副溶血性弧菌。小龙虾分离菌株对替卡西林和头孢噻吩耐药。结论:食用了被副溶血弧菌污染的小龙虾存在风险,可能引起食物中毒。
