| 摘 要： | 目的:评价莪术油注射液与清开灵注射液联合静滴治疗小儿呼吸系统感染高热的疗效。方法:将375例呼吸道感染的患儿按疾病随机分为三组:治疗组(A组)136例,给予莪术油注射液与清开灵注射液静脉滴注;对照组(B组)124例,给予莪术油注射液静脉滴注;对照组(C组)115例,给予清开灵注射液静脉滴注。观察患儿退热情况。结果:莪术油注射液与清开灵注射液联合静滴组退热效果明显优于对照组。经统计学处理P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:莪术油注射液与清开灵注射液联合静滴治疗小儿呼吸系统感染急性高热疗效显著。
