| 摘 要： | 目的:研究建立血液透析系统灭菌效果的评价方法。方法:采用定性杀灭试验和模拟现场试验方法并参照消毒技术规范和内镜清洗消毒机消毒效果检验技术规范,对未经灭菌的透析器和已灭菌的透析器分别安装于血透系统进行消毒和鉴定。结果:消毒液作用于未经灭菌的血液透析器5.5 h,采样液培养后均无菌生长;通过血透机清洗程序,作用相同时间,采样液经培养均无菌生长。消毒液作用于已灭菌的透析器,通过设定的血透系统消毒程序,对人工污染于载体内的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值为6.26(>3.00)。结论:通过血透系统的清洗和灭菌程序,消毒后的血液透析系统经检测分别达到灭菌效果。
