| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喉癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子C和D(vascular endothelial growth factor-C and-D,VEGF-Cand VEGF-D)在喉癌患者血清中的表达及其与肿瘤微血管(micro vessel density,MVD)的关系。方法:32例喉良性病变为对照组3,2例喉癌患者为实验组,应用ELISA法检测血清中VEGF-C、VEGF-D及Flt-1蛋白的表达,免疫组化SABC法检测喉组织中微血管的水平。结果:喉癌患者血清中组织VEGF-C、VEGF-D及Flt-1蛋白表达明显高于正常喉组织(P<0.01)。实验组患者血清VEGF-C和VEGF-D及Flt-1的表达与MVD成正相关有关(P<0.05)。结论:喉癌VEGF-C和VEGF-D及Flt-1与MVD密切相关,可作为评估喉癌患者预后的重要参考指标。
