摘    要:目的:研究不同色谱条件对蒸馏酒中甲醇和杂醇油测定的影响,对干扰甲醇测定的物质进行定性鉴别,优化色谱分离条件。方法:比较不同色谱柱的分离效果,研究不同的色谱条件对甲醇和杂醇油测定的影响,采用双柱定性和标准加入法对干扰物质进行定性确证。结果:乙醛干扰甲醇的测定,两种物质保留时间仅相差10 s,WAX、FFAP等毛细管柱无法有效分离甲醇和乙醛,GDX-102填充柱可有效分离两种物质。结论:GDX-102填充柱可去除乙醛对甲醇的干扰,使两种物质完全分离,色谱条件的变化对杂醇油的测定无明显影响。
