| 摘 要： | 目的:了解兰州市各医疗机构使用中消毒剂有效成份含量状况,预防和控制院内感染。方法:依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准(》GB15982-1995)进行监测。结果:检测各类样品总合格率为50.1%。市区级医院合格率为81.8%、县级医院66.6%、社区医院33.3%、个体诊所46.4%。结论:兰州市各级医疗机构使用中消毒剂有效成份含量及不同种类消毒剂有效成份含量合格率存在明显差异,应加强医疗机构的消毒剂管理和院内感染监控人员的培训,尤其是社区医院和个体诊所。
