| 摘 要： | 目的:验证微量凝集试验在布病监测中的效果,为大量标本的监测寻求一种简便、快捷、省时、省力、省试剂的检验方法。方法:采用微量凝集试验和国标规定的虎红凝集试验对1189份布病高危人群血清进行检验并对结果进行分析。结果:石家庄市高危人群中布病存在较广,阳性率为7.91%,以男性青壮年为主。结论:微量凝集试验可以广泛应用于布病监测。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Validate the effect of Micro Agglutination Test(MAT) in brucellosis surveillance and find a simple,quick,economical and good test for a great deal of samples of human and animals.Methods:1189 blood serums collected from the high risk group of brucellosis were tested by MAT and RBPT.The results were analysed.Results:Brucellosis was prevalence in high risk group in Shijiazhuang city.The positive rate of brucellosis in males was 7.91%,and most of them were young adults.There is no significance bet... |
