血清GPDA在原发性肝癌诊断中的应用

作者对四种不同肝病患者测定了血清ＧＰＤＡ，并以８６例正常人作为对照，结果表明原发性肝癌组、急性肝炎组、ＡＦＰ低浓度阳性组与正常对照组相比较均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），肝血管瘤组与正常对照组间无显著差异：结果表明血清ＧＰＤＡ测定有助于肝癌与肝血管瘤间的鉴别诊断。ＧＰＤＡ与ＡＦＰ无相关性，ＡＦＰ阴性肝癌患者的ＧＰＤＡ阳性率达６８．９％。此文对ＧＰＤＡ作为肝癌标记物的诊断价值作了有益的讨论

Determination of Serum Glycyl Proline Dipeptidyl Aminopeptidase(GPDA) in Diagnosis of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Serum GPDA were determined in patients of four different hepatic diseases,and in 86 normal individuals as control.The results showed that there were significant differences between the groups of primary liver cancer,acute hepatitis and lower level AFP expression as compared with the control ( P <0.01), while the hepatohemangioma group expressed the same as the control group. GPDA had no correlation with AFP.The positive rate of GPDA in AFP negative patients was 68.9% .This study suggests that GPDA assay might be helpful in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer and that it can be used to differentiate liver cancer from hepatohemangioma.
