多药耐药相关蛋白在非小细胞肺癌表达的研究

摘    要:目的:研究多药耐药相关蛋白在非小细胞肺癌的表达情况及其两者关系。方法:应用单克隆抗体QCRL-1行LSAB免疫组化法研究61例非小细胞肺癌组织中多药耐药相关蛋白表达水平。结果:肺癌组织中多药耐药相关蛋白表达的总阳性率为68.92%;癌旁正常肺组织呈阴性或弱阳性表达;高和中分化肺癌多药耐药相关蛋白表达的阳性率高于低分化癌(P<0.005);Ⅰ-Ⅱ期肺癌多药耐药相关蛋白表达的阳性率高于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期者(P<0.01)。结论:表明多药耐药相关蛋白是非小细胞肺癌多药耐药的重要参与因素。

Abstract:Purpose: To study expression of multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the relationship between them. Methods:By using LSAB immunohistochemical method with monoclonal antibody QCRL 1, MRP expression in 61 cases of NSCLC was examined.Results: The total positive rate of MRP expression in NSCLC was 68.92%;and was negative or weakly positive in the normal lung tissues nearby. Higher positive rate was observed in highly and moderately differentiated NSCLC than in lowly differentiated ( P <0.005). Early stage (I, II) demonstrated higher MRP expression than in late stage (III, IV ) ( P <0.01). Conclusion: MRP expression plays an important role in multidrug resistance of NSCLC.
