| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ｂＦＧＦ及其相关受体ＦＧＦＲ－１的表达与人脑胶质瘤的关系。方法：用免疫组化法，对５７例人脑胶质瘤进行了检测。结果：发现人脑胶质瘤ｂＦＧＦ和ＦＧＦＲ－１表达水平均升高，且随胶质瘤恶性程度增加而升高，它们之间呈正相关。结论：胶质瘤能高表达ｂＦＧＦ和ＦＧＦＲ－１，它们可作为诊断和判定胶质瘤预后的参考。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between expression of bFGF and FGFR 1 fibroblast growth factor receptor in human gliomas. Methods: 57 cases of human glioma were examined by immunohistochemical method. Results: The expression levels of bFGF and FGFR 1 elevated in human gliomas and the elevation was in parallel with the malignant degree of glioma. Conclusion:Glioma cell could express bFGF and FGFR 1 in a high level. Both of them might provide diagnostic and prognostic information for human glioma. |
