摘    要:目的:设计一种可控性野战输液装置,以满足在火线抢送伤员时尽早建立静脉通路的需要。方法:该装置由上板、底板、轴心杆、压缩弹簧、控制滑块+控制横杆、卡槽侧板等6个部件构成,对各个部件进行优化,使之满足野战输液的需要。结果:该装置具有便携式、输液速度可控性、无气栓风险、野战实用性等特点。结论:该装置使战伤伤员早期输液成为可能,对提高战伤休克的救治成功率有重要价值,值得在军队卫勤训练和野战救治中推广。

Abstract:Objective To develop a controllable battlefield infusion device so as to create vein access as soon as possible when rescuing the wounded soldiers from the battlefield.Methods The device composes six optimized components,which includes the upper board,the bottom board,the axis pole,the compression springs,the controlling slider and bar,and the slot side plate.Results The device has such advantages as easy carrying,adjustable infusion velocity and no risk of aeremia,which is suitable for field operation.Conclusion The devise makes early transfusion possible for the wounded soldiers in field operation,which can effectively increase the cure rates of traumatic shocks.
