Re-discussion on TCM Development and Personnel Training in New Century

In light of the clinical practice and realization of Chinese medicine for more than fifty years,this article attempts to approach the development of Chinese medicine and pharmacy and personnel training in the coming new century.It is stressed,in TCM development and personnel training in next century,that profound TCM literature of past ages is the basis for inheritance and development,that learning and practice can enhance and create Chinese medicine, and that only both inheritance and creation as well as absorption of advanced science and technology can develop and carry Chinese medicine forward.
