| 摘 要： | 目的：构建人生长激素(hGH)转基因家蝇表达载体。方法：将hGH基因片段分别与线性去磷pcDNA3和pCMVGFP载体连接，经转化、克隆扩增和快速鉴定等步骤筛选可疑重组子．通过特异性限制性内切酶切割．琼脂糖电泳进行鉴定。结果：成功构建hGH转基因家蝇表达质粒载体pchGH和pcFhGH。结论：为建立hGH转基因家蝇模型提供了基本的实验条件。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To construct expression vectors of human growth hormone(hGH) for transgenic housefly. Metho-ds: The hGH gene was respectively ligated with linearizational dephosphated vectors(pcDNA3 and pCMVGFP).The recombinants were screened and identified by transforming competent cells, amplifying clones, restriction endonuclease digesting and agarose gel electrophoresing and so on. Results: The expression vectors(pchGH and pcFhGH) of hGH for transgenic housefly was constructed. Conclusion:The expression vectors offer the basic experiment condition for establishing the biologic reactor of hGH for transgenic housefly. |
