| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对无痛人流术患者心理状况的影响。方法 158例无痛人流术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行心理干预,对照组按常规进行护理,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组护理前SAS评分48.53±7.81,实施心理干预后降为37.61±5.71;对照组常规护理前为47.92±7.45,常规护理后为41.76±8.77。实验组干预后焦虑评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论心理干预对无痛人流术患者的心理状况有明显改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of psychological intervention on the psychological status of the patients with painless induced abortion.Methods 158 cases with painless induced abortion were randomly divided into 2 groups：experiment group and control group;psychological intervention was performed to patients in experiment group while routine nursing was performed to patients in control group;the curative effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results The SAS score of experiment group was 48.53±7.81 before psychological intervention but decreased to 37.61±5.71 after intervention;the SAS score of control group was 47.92±7.45 before routine nursing and that was 41.76±8.77 after routine nursing;The SAS score of experiment group after intervention was much lower than that of control group after routine nursing （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Psychological intervention can obviously improve the psychological status of the patients with painless induced abortion. |
