| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿托品预处理对胆囊切除术中胆心反射的预防作用，使手术室护士在巡回工作中对胆心反射有足够的认识和正确的处理方法。方法选择胆囊切除手术病人200倒，随机双盲分为两组，阿托品预处理组（试验组）和对照组，每组100例。阿托品组在切皮前常规静脉注射阿托品0.3毫克。观察胆心反射发生率。结果阿托品预处理组术中心率和血压均较稳定，无明显牵拉反应，与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论阿托品预防处理能减少胆囊切除术术中胆心反射的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of atropine in preventing cholecyst-cardioc reflex in cholecystectomy. Methods 200 patients with cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups, including group medicine （n= 100） and group control （n=100）. Group medicine was treated with atropine （0.3mg）, group control was not. Results The heart rate and blood pressure in group medicine were stabilized, and there was no serious reflex. Conclusions Atropine is benefit to prevent and treat cholecyst-cardioc reflex in cholecystectomy. |
