重组复脉汤配合小剂量抗心律失常剂治疗冠心病过早搏动的临床价值

目的 探讨冠心病过早搏动(早搏)有效且副反应轻微的中西医结合治疗方法。方法 选择冠心病频发早搏患者61例,半随机地选取26例作治疗组,35例作对照组。治疗组用重组复脉汤辨证施治,并配合小剂量抗心律失常药物治疗;对照组主要用常规剂量抗心律失常药物治疗。结果 经3周治疗,治疗组总有效率为80.8％,对照组总有效率为57.1％;经12周治疗,治疗组总有效率为80.9％,对照组为40.5％。治疗组近期及中期疗效均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 重组复脉汤治疗冠心病早搏疗效确实,副作用少,值得推广应用。

Clinical value of Recombinant Fumai Decoction combined with low-dose antiarrhythmic drug on coronaryheart disease complicated premature beat

Objective It is to explore the treatment method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on coronary heart disease complicated premature beat, which is effective and whose adverse reaction is low. Methods 61 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 26 patients in treatment group were treated with RFD combined with low-dose Propafenone and 35 patients in control group were treated with normal-dose Propafenone. Results After three weeks treatment total effective rate of treatment group (80. 8% ) was higher than that of control group (57.1 % ) , the difference was significant. After 12 weeks treatment total effective rata of treatment group and control group was 80.9% and 40. 7% respectively. The short-term and midterm effective rate of treatment group were better than those of control group. Conclusion With lower adverse reaction, what RFD combined with low-dose antiarrhythmic drug is reliable on coronary heart disease complicated premature beat and should be generalized.
