泸州市地氟病区降氟炉灶合格使用及影响因素调查

摘    要:目的评价燃煤污染型地氟病病区降氟炉灶合格、正确使用情况,了解影响因素,为提高防治效果提供参考。方法在2县中共抽样调查14个项目村、769个农户,调查降氟炉灶的合格使用率,影响降氟炉灶合格使用的因素。结果合格降氟炉灶正确使用覆盖率为57.35%,95%C I为53.82%~60.88%;影响合格降氟炉灶正确使用覆盖的直接因素有:降氟炉灶与非降氟炉灶混用,降氟炉灶硬件损坏,不正确使用完好的降氟炉灶。结论泸州市地氟病病区降氟炉灶合格使用率远低于项目要求的90%(95%X95%),直接影响因素有3个。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the qualification and correct use condition of transforming kitchen stoves for reducing fluoride level, to understand relative influential factors, and so as to provide useful information for improving the effect of prevention and control of coal-burning fluorosis. Method Fourteen villages and 769 ru- ral families were investigated by sampling in coal-burning fluorosis areas in Luzhou. Results The rate of correct use of transforming kitchen stoves was 57.35% and its 95% CI was 53.82% - 60. 88%. Its influential factors were following: the use of non-transforming kitchen stoves, transforming kitchen stoves' breakdown, and incorrect use of good transforming kitchen stoves. Conclusion The rate of correct use of transforming kitchen stoves in endemic fluorosis areas in Luzhou city is lower than that demanded in project goals, and there are 3 direct influential factors.
