阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血浆NO Fg hsCRP水平的影响

摘    要:目的:研究阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平的影响。方法:随机选择ACS患者110例,入选后随机分为阿托伐他汀组50例,常规治疗组60例;随机选取我院同期的健康体检者50例做对照组。采用比色法测定NO,采用血凝仪法测定Fg,采用免疫比浊法测定hsCRP。结果:①阿托伐他汀组和常规治疗组与对照组相比,NO水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);Fg及hsCRP水平明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);②阿托伐他汀组与常规治疗组在治疗前NO、Fg及hsCRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);阿托伐他汀组治疗后NO水平明显增高,Fg及hsCRP水平明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:阿托伐他汀具有保护血管内皮功能、降低血液黏稠度及抑制内皮炎症的作用,从而稳定斑块,抑制病变的发生发展。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of atorvastation on acute coronary syndrome(ACS)in patients with plasma .nitric oxide (NO) , fibrinogen ( Fg), high - sensitivity C - reactive protein (hsCRP) levels. Method: Randomly selected patients with acute coronary syndrome in 110 cases, selected randomly divided into group ef- fect of pravastatin 50 cases, 60 cases of conventional therapy group, 50 cases of randomly selected control group did. Using eolorimetric determination of NO, eoagulometer method used hsCRP. Results: (1)ACS group compared with the control group, NO level Fg, using immunohistochemical assay decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01) ; Fg and hsCRP levels were significantly increased, there was a significant difference(P 〈 0.01). (2)Effect of atorvastation group and the conventional treatment group in the treatment of pre- NO,Fg and hsCRP levels there was no significant difference(P 〉 0.05);Effect of pravastatin NO groups after treatment significantly increased the level of, Fg and hsCRP levels reduced compared with before treatment there was a significant difference(P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion: Effect of atorvastation with the protection of vascular endothelial function, reduce blood viscosity and inhibit the role of endothelial inflammation and to stabilize the plaque, inhibit the occurrence and development of lesions.
