摘    要:观察了化合物 1- (萘满酮 - 5 -氧基 ) - 3- 2 - (2 -甲氧基苯氧基 )乙胺基 ]- 2 -丙醇盐酸盐 (TMEP)对麻醉家兔、大鼠及清醒肾性高血压大鼠的降压作用 ,以探讨其作为抗高血压药物的有效性和应用前景。结果发现 ,给予 TMEP可使麻醉动物的平均动脉压呈剂量依赖性下降 ,持续时间与剂量相关。i.g给予 3种剂量 (0 .8、1.6和 3.2 mg/ kg) TMEP1h后使清醒肾性高血压大鼠的收缩压和舒张压显著下降 ,且对舒张压的作用强于收缩压 ,各剂量组与给药前比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,血压降低后心率无显著变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结果显示 ,TMEP是一口服吸收好 ,起效快、降压强度高的药物

Abstract:The activity of 1 (terealone 5 oxy) 3 \2 (2 methoxyphenoxy) ethamine\] 2 propyld hydrochloride (TMEP) decreasing blood pressure was observed in the anesthetized rabbit and rat, and the conscious rat with renal hypertension. TMEP could dose dependently reduce mean arterial pressure but had no effect on reflex tachycardia. In the conscious rats with renal hypertension, TMEP could decrease the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure at the doses of 0 8, 1 6 and 3 2 mg/kg 1 h after oral administration ( P <0 01), but the heart rate was not significantly changed ( P >0 05). TMEP is a higher potency and effective new compound with antihypertensive activity.
