| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨提高急性有机磷农药中毒的抢救成功率的有效方法。方法:采用常规洗胃法和改良式洗胃法的疗效进行分析对比观察。结果:改良前后的洗胃法对急性有机磷中毒抢救成功率的影响差别有显著意义。结论:采用改良式洗胃对急性有机磷中毒患者能有效提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore effective methods for the emergency treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods: Routine gastric lavage and modified gastric lavage were used respectively for the emergency treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and the results were compared.Results: There was significant difference between the two methods of gastric lavage.Conclusion: Modified gastric lavage may enhance effectively the success rate of emergency treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. |
