摘    要:作者观察了大鼠肝部分切除(66%)后肝再生过程中1、3、5、10、20天肝组织游离氨基酸谱、肝重和肝细胞核分裂指数的变化。结果表明:①肝部分切除术后残肝重量增加迅速,术后10天基本恢复至术前肝重,肝细胞核分裂指数术后第1天明显升高,第3天时达高峰,以后逐渐下降,恢复正常。②肝组织游离氨基酸含量术后第1天明显升高,第3天时达高峰,以后逐渐降低,第5天时 GLY、MET、LYS 降至正常,其它氨基酸在术后第20天时恢复正常,说明氨基酸代谢变化贯穿于肝再生的全过程。肝细胞核分裂指数变化与氨基酸含量变化呈一致性正相关,提示氨基酸在肝再生过程中对调节肝细胞分裂增殖具有重要作用。

Abstract:The alteration of hepatic free amino-acid patterns,liver weight and hepatocyte mi- totic index were observed on days 1,2,5,10,20 after partial hepatectomy and laparotomy in rats.The results showed that:(1)the weight of remaining lobes increased rapidly and reached pre- operative weight of the liver by the 10th day after partial hepatectomy.The hepatocyte mitotic in- dex rose markedly on the 1st day after operation,reached its maximum on the 3rd day and then declined gradually to normal limit;(2)all hepatic free amino acids increased markedly on the 1st day after partial hepatectomy,reached their peaks on the 3rd day and then declined progressively. GLY,MET and LYS returned to normal on the 5th day,but other amino acids reduced to their normal levels by the 20th day.There were positive correlations between the changes of hepatocyte mitotic index and the alteration in THIR,SER,GLU,VAL,PHE,HIS,LYS,TAA,NEAA,EAA concentrations,which proved that the amino acids played an important role in the control of hepa- tocyte proliferation during the liver regeneration.
