| 摘 要： | 研究丙型肝炎病毒(HepatitisCvirus,HCV)基因结构功能与肝细胞癌的相关性。采用文献复习的方法对HCV的基因结构及其致癌机制的研究的结果进行综述。HCV基因结构功能中存在直接或间接致癌因素与肝细胞癌密切相关。丙型肝炎是HCC的危险因素,深入探讨其基因结构功能对肝细胞癌的防治具有重要的理论及实际意义。

| Abstract: | The objective of this paper is to study the relationship between the gene structure of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and its mechanism of inducing hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Current papers about the gene structure of HCV and its relationship with the HCC are reviewed. Some structure and function of the HCV genome are directly or indirectly associated with the carcinogensis of inducing HCC. HCV has been found to be a carcinogenic factor of HCC. |
