| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨隆乳术的最佳切口及并发症的发生原因与处理。方法：1991－2001年我科共施行417例隆乳术，总结其成功经验，并对其中43例并发症进行了分析。结果：本组417例受术者，包括43例并发症在处理后，均取得了满意效果。结论：隆乳术要根据受术者具体的身体条件及其对美观的要求，选择合适的切口；隆乳术的主要并发症包括纤维包膜挛缩，假体破裂，假体位置不正等。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find out the best incision of augmentation mammoplasty, and analyze the causes and treatments of complication. Methods: The main points for success on 417 cases of this operation were reviewed, at the same time , 43 cases with complication were analyzed. Results: The 417 cases of this operation including the 43 cases with complication have been treated, were satisfied with the result. Conclusion: The incision must be selected according to the patients'physical condictions and aesthetic intention. The complications includes capsular contraction,rupture,asymmetry,and so on. |
