东莨菪碱对重症肺感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效影响

目的：探讨东莨菪碱对重症肺感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院近年来收治的150例重症肺感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的临床资料。结果：两组患者治疗前的血氧分压（PaO2）,二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）及氧合指数（PaO2/FiO2）比较,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;两组患者治疗后的血氧分压（PaO2）,PaO2/FiO2与治疗前比较,有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）;而治疗组治疗后的血氧分压（PaO2）,PaO2/FiO2与对照组治疗后比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。对照组患者经过常规治疗,总有效率为52.00%;治疗组患者经过东莨菪碱治疗,总有效率为82.67%;两组患者的临床疗效经统计学分析,有非常显著性差异（χ^2=10.80,P〈0.01）。结论：东莨菪碱对重症肺感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

The effect influence of Scopolamine on acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by severe lung infection

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Scopolamine on acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by severe lung infection.Methods：150 cases of acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by severe lung infection admitted to our hospital in recent years,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Before treatment,the blood oxy-gen pressure（PaO2）,carbon dioxide partial pressure（PaCO2）and oxygenation index（PaO2/FiO2）of the two groups patients were compared,there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the PaO2,PaO2/FiO2 of the two groups patients compared with those before treatment,there were significant difference（P〈0.01）;after treatment,the PaO2,PaO2/FiO2 of the treatment group compared with the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.After conventional therapy in patients of the control group,the total effective rate was 52.00%;the treatment group after Scopolamine treatment,the total effective rate was 82.67%;the clinical efficacy of the two groups by statistical analysis,there was significant difference（χ^2=10.80,P 0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effects is curative of Scopolamine on acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by severe lung infection,and worth for clinical use.
