| 摘 要： | 本文报告了采取前路椎间盘切除减压及植骨融合术对３６例经临床检查和影像学检查确认为脊髓型颈椎病的治疗结果。作者对脊髓型颈椎病的发病因素、前后路手术的选择、植骨融合对颈椎手术后的稳定性和治疗效果的影响作了分析讨论。作者认为手术的效果与病情严重程度无明显关系,而与病程长短、手术方法及植骨是否成功有关。
