湖州市6～8岁儿童口腔健康影响因素的logistic 回归分析

目的：调查湖州市儿童口腔健康知识、态度、行为及其影响因素相关分析。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法，根据“第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案”的标准，对湖州市636名6～8岁学龄儿童，针对儿童口腔健康对其家长进行口腔健康知信行因素问卷调查，对影响学龄儿童口腔健康行为的相关因素进行统计分析。结果湖州市6～8岁儿童患龋率74．69％，龋均为3．46；男、女童患龋率和龋均差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0．05），乡村儿童患龋率和龋均均显著高于城市（均P＜0．05）。 Logistic回归分析表明儿童患龋的主要相关因素有：儿童睡觉前吃甜食、儿童睡觉前刷牙、口腔健康教育和父母口腔保健态度积极性。结论口腔健康教育和父母对儿童的口腔保健态度是影响儿童龋病的重要因素。

A logistic regression analysis into the factors influencing oral health of children of 6 to 8 years of age in Huzhou

Objective To analyze the factors that affect oral health of children in Huzhou such as knowledge , attitudes, and behavior .Method A stratified multi-stage random sampling design was applied .According to the criteria recommended by The Third National Oral Health Investigation , 636 primary school children aged from 6 to 8 years in Huzhou were given an oral health survey for statistical analysis of the relevant factors affecting oral health behavior in this population .Findings The incidence of caries in 6-8-years-old children in Huzhou was 74.69%,with an average DMFT of 3.46.There was no significant difference of caries prevalence between male and female (P>0.05).The prevalence of dental caries and mean dmft score in rural area were significantly higher than that in city area .The difference was significant (P<0.05).A logistic regression analysis showed that the factors contributing to caries include snacking before going to sleep , brushing teeth before going to bed , oral health education , parents'oral health knowledge , and parents'attitudes towards their children's oral health .Conclusion Oral health education and parents'attitudes towards their children's oral health were the most important factors leading to childhood caries .
