| 摘 要： | 目的评价丹参酮治疗点滴型银屑病的疗效。方法将122例点滴型银屑病随机分成两组。治疗组68例,口服丹参酮6~8w;对照组予青霉素静滴7d,同时口服复方青黛丸6~8w。统计治疗前症状积分和治疗后第4w、第8w的症状积分及疗效,并进行统计学比较。结果治疗组与对照组在治疗4w时,症状积分和疗效差异无显著性;在治疗8w时疗效差异无显著性,但症状积分差异有显著性。结论丹参酮治疗点滴型银屑病症状改善明显,疗效与复方青黛丸相似,使用方便。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of treating psoriasis guttate with tanshinone.Methods122 patients with psoriasis guttate were randomly divided into 2 groups,one(treatment group)with tanshinone taken for 6~8 weeks,and the other(control group)with penicillin i.v and compound capsule of natural indigo taken for 6~8 weeks;symptom index was counted before treatment and at the 4th and 8th week after treatment.ResultsThere is significant difference to symptom index at the 8th week,nosignificant difference to symptom index and the curative effect at the 4th week and to the curative effect at the 8th week after treatment between treatment group and control group.ConclusionIt is as effect to treat psoriasis guttate with tanshinone as with compound capsule of natural indigo. |
