脊髓空洞症102例临床与MRI研究

摘    要:报告102例经磁共震成像(MRI)证实的脊髓空洞症,其临床表现形式复杂、多样。病因不一,包括炎症、肿瘤、外伤、骨关节病及先天畸形。作者认为,脊髓空洞症系一多种原因引起的髓内腔洞综合征,MRI为诊断本病最有力的工具。

Abstract:The diagnosis of syringomyelia was confirmed by clinical inference before magnetic res- onance image(MRI). The use of MRI made it possible to show the shape, size, position and number of cavities within spinal cord directly on three-dimensional images, So the doctors could recognize this disease further. The authors reported 102 cases with syringomyelia demonstrated by MRI. Their clinical manifestations were complicated and diversified. The pathogenies were varied including infection, tumour, trauma, osteoarthropathy and congenital malformation. The authors think that syringomyelia is a syndrome of cavities within spinal cord due to different causes, and MRI is the most powerful instrument for diagnosing this disease.
