| 摘 要： | 目的 了解儿童血糖与血压的关系,为有效预防成人心血管疾病提供依据。方法 在河北省农村整群选取933名学龄儿童,对其测定空腹血糖(FSG),并测量收缩压(SBP)与舒张压(DBP)。结果 空腹血糖正常与受损组相比,2组的血压水平差异无显著性。当调整年龄和体重后,空腹血糖与SBP、DBP呈高度正相关(P<0.001)。结论 儿童期血糖与血压关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between blood glucose and blood pressure of children. Methods A cluster sample of 933 schoolchildren was drawn in rural areas in Hebei, their fasting serum glucose (FSG) was determined. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBF) were also measured in the same study population. Results No significant difference was found in blood pressure level between the normal fasting glucose group and the impaired fasting glucose group. After adjusted for age and weight, FSG were correlated positively with SBP and DBP(P<0.001) .Conclusions There is close relationship between FSG and blood pressure in childhood. |
