激素与针灸在特发性面神经麻痹治疗中的疗效观察

目的:探讨针灸、激素治疗特发性面神经麻痹的治疗效果,为临床选择治疗方案提供帮助。方法:收集我院近10年来住院及门诊特发性面神经麻痹的病人105例。对其按治疗的方案分三组(各组病人的性别,年龄,病情及合并症相当,具有可比性):针灸组;激素组;针灸组+激素组;自就诊起观察病情一个月。结果:针灸组起效最快,有效率与针灸组+激素组相当,均较高;针灸组+激素组起效次之,有效率同针灸组;单纯激素组起效最慢,有效率最低。结论:针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹有效且能缩短病程,节约费用,是一种比较好的疗法。

The Comparison of the Effects on Idiopathic Facial Palsy Treated by Acupuncture & Moxibtistion and Hormone

Objective Observe the results of the treatments of acupuncture & moxibtistion and hormone on idiopathic facial palsy in order to chose a better treatment for the patients with it.Methods Collect 105 patients with idiopathic facial palsy being treated in or out department for the recent 10 years.Classified them by the treatment(the patients'sex,year,situation of the disease and complications are match):acupuncture & moxibtistion group(AMG);hormone group(HG); acupuncture & moxibtistion+ hormone group[(AM+H)G];Observe the results of the treatments of them each for a month since treatment in our hospitol.Results Mean effecting time: AMG is first,(AM+H)G is second;,HG is the last;total effective rate: AMG' and(AM+H)G' are similal,both of them are higher,HG' is lower.Conclusion Acupuncture & moxibtistion can shorten the course of the facial palsy,cutting down expense of treatment,it is a good therapy and worth spreading.
