| 摘 要： | 目的：为重建角结膜表面，预防翼状胬肉复发，方法：采用羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉，随访1－15月，观察其效果。结果：形成稳定的眼球表面，复发率降低至5％，结论：本术式能有效修复角，结膜缺,理建眼球表面，预防翼状胬肉复发获得理想临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To rebuild the surface of cornea and conjuctiva and prevent the relapse of pterygium.Methods Pterygium was treated by amnion transplantation.Results The surface or eyeball has become stable and the relapse rate reduces.Conclusion The operation can effectively repair the missing and damage part of the cornea and conjunctive. It has a good clinical effect in rebuilding the surface of eyeball,and preventing the relapse of pterygium. |
