套管连接法在大鼠心脏腹部移植模型中的应用

目的 采用套管连接血管技术建立大鼠心脏腹部移植模型，减少手术并发症，提高术后存活率。方法 供体为SD大鼠，受体为Wistar大鼠，将供心升主动脉于受体的腹主动脉缝合，供心肺动脉于受体左肾静脉行套管吻合。结果 80次正式实验，手术成功率95%，该方法只需一人操作，手术时间和供心缺血时间缩短，吻合血管通畅，提高手术成功率。结论 该方法为建立大鼠心脏腹部移植的模型提供了一种简单而又实用的新技术。

Development of abdominal heart transplantation model by cuff technique in rats

Objective A model of rat abdominal heart transplantation was established by cuff technique to reduce the operative complications and increase the postoperative survival rate. Methods SD rats served as donors and Wistar rats as recipients. The donor ascending aorta was anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta and the donor pulmonary artery was anastomosed to the left renal vein by a cuff technique. Results The successive rate was 95% after 80 formal transplantation. Operation might be performed by one surgeon alone. The time of procedure and the warm ischemic time of the donor heart were obviously shortened . Anastomosis leakage and stenosis were lessened. The postoperative survival rate was increased. Conclusion This new method is a simple and useful technique for establishing the model of rat abdominal heart transplantation.
