| 摘 要： | 目的观察替吉奥一线治疗老年进展期胃癌的近期有效性及安全性。方法 56例老年进展期胃癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组28例口服替吉奥胶囊40 mg/m2,Bid,d1~28,q5w;对照组28例口服卡培他滨片1250 mg/m2,Bid,d1~14,q3w;化疗3个周期后评价近期疗效及不良反应。结果 56例均可评价;治疗组和对照组的近期有效率(RR)分别为46.4%和42.9%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但治疗组的不良反应及严重反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论替吉奥治疗老年进展期胃癌的疗效较好,不良反应轻,值得临床进一步研究应用。
