| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的临床特点。方法:收治17例无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤,平均年龄48.2岁。随访时间3～12个月。记录所有病例入院时和随访时的ASIA评分,分析颈椎MRI的表现,手术治疗组11例病人,无手术相关并发症发生。结果:神经功能均有不同程度改善,全组病人治疗前后ASIA评分均有改善,其中,运动评分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伤后颈椎MRI可有效减少漏诊,并可提供治疗方案,手术治疗有助于提高病人治疗效果。
