| 摘 要： | 目的:研究兔儿伞醇提物的抗肿瘤作用。方法:以S180小鼠模型研究兔儿伞醇提物的体内抗肿瘤作用,及对脾脏、胸腺指数的影响。结果:兔儿伞醇提物对S180有显著的抑制作用,明显增加胸腺指数,但对脾脏指数没有明显影响。结论:兔儿伞醇提物具有一定的体内抗肿瘤活性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-tumor activity of alcohol extract from Syneilesis aconitifolia.METHODS The sarcoma 180 tumor models were used to investigate the effects of alcohol extract from Syneilesis aconitifolia on tumor growth and the weight of thymus and spleen in mice.RESULTS Alcohol extract from Syneilesis aconitifolia showed inhibitory effects on tumor growth obviously,and increased coefficient of thymus,but had no distinct effect on coefficient of spleen in mice sarcoma 180.CONCLUSION The alcoh... |
