540例妊娠高血压综合征眼底改变临床分析

目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征（PIHs）患者高血压，蛋白尿和水肿与眼底视网膜改变的关系。方法：分析眼底改变与PIHS患者血压、蛋白尿、水肿的关系，用直接检眼镜检查眼底。结果：在540例患者中发现正常眼底342例（占63．3％），视网膜病变198例（占36．7％），在轻、中、重患者中PIHS越重其眼底改变越重。结论：PIHS与血压高低、眼底改变程度相一致，眼底改变越重，蛋白尿、视网膜水肿发生率越高，说明眼底改变是反应全身多处器官受损，一但出现重度PIHS及时终止妊娠有利于视网膜较好恢复。

The Eye ground Changes of 540 Cases Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome in Clinical Observation

Objective: To discuss the relations between high blood pressure,albuminuria,dropsy and the eye ground retina changes of the pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIHS) patients.Methods:Use the review analysis to discuss the relations between eye ground change and the PIHS blood pressure,albuminuria and dropsy.Use direct ophthalmoscope to examine the eye ground.Results: In 540 cases of patients,we found there are 342 cases patients with normal eye ground(account for 63.3%),198 cases with retina pathological change(account for 36.7%).During the light,moderate and severe patients,the more severe the PIHS is,the heavier eye ground changes will be.Conclusions: The PHIS is in accordance with the change of blood pressure and the degree of eye ground changes.The more severe eye ground is,the higher the incidence rate of retinal edema will be.It means the eye ground changes can respond the damage of many place organs in the whole body.Once the severe PIH appears,terminate pregnancy timely will be beneficial to the better recovery of the retina.
