摘    要:针灸防治脑出血疗效肯定,具有广阔的运用前景.但由于各种因素的制约,致使针灸防治脑出血的实验研究相对滞后于临床发展.作者在目前针灸防治脑出血研究现状的基础上,结合自身开展针灸对脑出血防治研究的体会,提出应加强针灸防治脑出血的理论研究,主张建立以"病"统"证"的接近人类临床发病实际的脑出血动物模型,开展富有成效的治疗方法及其影响因素的对比研究与作用机制的实验研究,直面临床,切实处理好继承、发展与创新的关系,依靠科技进步,促进针灸防治脑出血实验研究的发展.

Abstract:Acupuncture and Moxibustion brings a significant therapeutic effect on intracerebral hemorrhage and has vast vistas.Whil e the experimental researches on it l ags behind the demands of clinical development.Upon the study of present researches an d personal ex-perience,the author proposes that t he literature study of acupuncture o n intracerebral hemorrhage should be strengthened a nd the animal model,in which symptom comples is subordinate to disease,similar to human intracerebral hem orrhage is essential to establish to carry out comparative researches on the effective therapeutic method s and the factors concerned.Relying on the experience from clinical practices and science &technolgy progress to handle the relations amo ng inheritance,development and cre ation will bring about a great advance in experimenta l study of acupuncture on the prevent ion and treatment of intracerebral hemorrh age.
